Ideal for students who may have never taken a pilates class previously, this session is a slower paced class aimed at beginners to teach you the basic Pilates techniques. You will become familiar with the Reformer bed and the different ways in which it can be used. We advise taking up to 5 classes before moving on to our Signature Reformer class.

An advanced Pilates class for those who have been doing regular classes for a minimum of a year. As with all our Pilates classes, the exact structure and style of teaching will depend on the Instructor, but what’s guaranteed is a class that will push you out of your comfort zone, just when you thought you had this Pilates nailed! Not suitable for beginners or those relatively new to Pilates.
Designed for the cardio enthusiast, this high intensity class uses the Pilates Jump board for a very fun and intense class. Recommended for experienced students

A restorative class designed to increase flexibility and range of motion. This class is all about gentle movement and breathwork to release muscle tension and calm the mind with the support of the Reformer.
