PLAYFUL FLOW

Get ready for a playful energetic Vinyasa flow set to a good playlist for an upbeat positive vibe. Leave the mat with a happy body, mind and soul. Recommended for more experienced yoga practitioners.

POWER YOGA

Step up to the mental and physical challenge in this strong and sweaty class. In this class, you will explore yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga but at a faster pace. Get your sweat on and power up your yoga practice like never before.

K FLOW

The class that keeps you moving. Our signature Vinyasa class will guide you through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and pushing you to your full potential. Suitable for all levels.

YIN YOGA

Yin yoga is a calm (but tough) class where you will hold seated postures for long periods of time to increase flexibility and let go. Focus on breath is essential as we move deeper into the postures. Expect some discomfort but serious benefits. Open for all levels.

RESTORE & UNWIND

This hour-long class designed to leave you totally relaxed. This class promotes physical, mental, and emotional relaxation, and is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. May also include Yoganidra. Suitable for all levels.

GENTLE YOGA

Practice some self-care with us. This is a gentle yoga flow will move you through breath-centered postures with awareness to help focus the mind & bring ease into the body. Each class will include brief centering and a deep relaxation to seal in all the benefits. Students will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

DEEP HOUSE STRETCH

Through a series of stretches and mobility drills, this class will soothe those overworked and neglected parts of the body. Coupled with chilled tunes, this painfully smooth class is a great complement to our dynamic flows.
